Colorado - Day Two

Ryan and I woke up on day two and decided to hike the Flatirons (seen above). Ryan lived just a few blocks from here when in college and used to hike these almost daily. Although we had some elevation issues, it was a great hike and totally worth all of the amazing views on the way up. I will let the photos do the talking:

The orange buildings are the CU Boulder campus. At the top - yahoo!!!!The reward was an Illegal Pete's burrito. Although I was only able to eat part of mine, it was darn good and far better than Chipotle - no kidding.
We met Ryan's friends out for drinks at Tahona on Pearl Street in Boulder. A margarita and a spicy little shot we had to sip. Ryan and I then headed to The Med for a delicious dinner and had a really good night's sleep.....

I thought of you when I posted that, Chris! But, I promise - it is better. Head to Colorado and let me know - they are all over the Boulder area...
