Colorado - Day Three

On day three, we headed to Denver where we would stay until the end of our trip. We stayed at the Hotel Monaco which was right across the street from Ryan's friend, Thomas. We first met up with Pete at Kokoro for sushi and teriyaki bowls (I won't expand on too much on that, guys.... ahem...let's just say it was more of a nostalgic trip than good food). Pete then took us on the tour of his house and then the grand tour of Denver, which was a lot of fun. We headed back to Denver around 4:00 to check in to our hotel.
Once we checked in, we met Pete and Thomas in the lobby for the free wine, h'ors deouvres and Wii.

Some action shots of the fierce Wii bowling competition.
We then headed out to the local Boston bar. No kidding.. if you look closely, you can see Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins banners behind the bar.

Here are Pete and I at H Burger. Wow....gourmet burgers and fries drizzled with truffle oil. Delish! Pete, Ryan and I - fully satiated after our burgers.

Then came the milkshakes! These were cooled with the help of liquid nitrogen....hence the smoke.A view of Denver on the walk back to the hotel.
